1.
 The promotion starts on 1 August 2005 and ends on 30 September 2005 (the “Promotion Period”). Each day of the Promotion Period shall be from 9 a.m. through 5 p.m.

 Results will be announced on www.coke.com.my daily, starting from 4 August 2005 until 31 October 2005.

 Each entrant mobile number (and its owner’s household) is eligible to win only one (1) prize throughout the Promotion Period.
4.
 Prize: 1 X iPod shuffle which comprises of a iPod Shuffle 512MB and a set of headphones. The value of the prize is RM499 each.
5.
 Only SMS votes received via mobile phones within the Promotion Period are eligible for the Prizes, subject to the Rules and Regulations. SMS charges of 30 – 50 cents per SMS applies, depending on the mobile system used.
6.
 Proof of SMS messages sent shall not be proof of receipt of the SMS. Program Organiser and Matrix will NOT be responsible or liable if any SMS are not received for any reasons.
7.
 All winning Participating Packages are subject to verification and must be submitted to Program Organiser to claim the Prizes. Any winning Participating Package which is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, photocopied, tampered with, transferred or exchanged (whether for consideration or not) or not obtained legitimately is null and void. All winning Participating Packages submitted become the property of Program Organiser and the Bottler and will not be returned to the participant.

 Winners will be contacted by the Program Organiser via mail on details of how to claim the Prizes. Prizes must be claimed by 31 October 2005. Unclaimed and unredeemed prizes will not be awarded. Program Organiser may dispose of such prizes at its discretion.
9.
 The Promotion is open only to citizens of Malaysia.
10.
 Employees of Program Organiser, Bottler, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children, and each of their spouses) and household members are not eligible for the Promotion.
11.
 Prizes shall not be transferred or exchanged and cannot be substituted for cash. Program Organiser and Bottler reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
12.
 In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be distributed.
13.
 All promotional materials, including details on “A) How to Play”, “B) Prizes” and “C) Terms and Conditions” are part of these Rules and Regulations.
14. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to the Program Organiser, the Bottler and their respective agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation.
15. All Prize winners assume all liability for any injury, damage or claim used by participating in the Promotion or use or redemption of the Prizes.
16. Winner shall be required to sign a form acknowledging receipt of the Prize. If winner is a minor, the Prize may be awarded to the winner’s parents or legal guardian.
17. Program Organiser nor Bottler is liable for warranties, maintenance or any additional costs for the prizes.
18. All relevant taxes, including any local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the winners.
19. All local laws and regulations apply to this Promotion.
20. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Program Organiser are final.
21. Non-compliance may result in disqualification. In this case, awarding the Prize is at Program Organiser’s sole discretion.
22. Program Organiser and/or Bottler reserve the right to amend the Rules and Regulations at any time without giving prior notice to any party.
